The AMCIS Physician Exchange gives authorized providers the ability to import the patient notes from other provider's that see the patient.
When a specialist once to see the primary care providers notes for their shared patient, those notes can be pulled into the specialists Patient Care Manager Documentation. This ensures that the specialist knows the latest findings and plan that the primary care provider has in mind for the patient and provides better continuity of care.
