The AMCIS Physician Exchange allows specialists in the AMCIS Network to export their consultation notes to the primary care provider so that it appears on the primary physician’s home page for review and storage.
This does not require faxing.
In addition, the referral form from the primary care provider will appear on the home page of the referral coordinator at the specialists office, again without the need for faxing.
